Lassen Links is a growing network of local organizations serving children and families through collaborative community services, supports and resources.

We focus on coordinated, home visiting, and other resources to meet the developmental needs of children and families.
To us, families are always first and foremost. We connect at individual and interpersonal levels, building and implementing a coordinated home visiting system with a positive impact at the community and societal levels.

Families are in charge of the services and supports they receive. Collaborative members make decisions that prioritize families' needs before the collaboration.
Confidentiality For Families & Partners
We respect one another and the programs we operate. We value each representative for their role and contribution to the community's needs. We promise that what is discussed and takes place in meetings stays there. We express our concerns and seek solutions in the group rather than “parking lot conversations.” We respect the diversity of the HVC members and partners.
Consistent Cooperation & Collaboration
We are accountable to one another for doing what we say we will, showing up, supporting one another, and sharing responsibility for the success of the collaboration. We seek first to understand through open communication, active listening, and remaining solution-oriented. Identify what’s working well, identify any gaps and work on “what we can do” to bridge or eliminate the gap.

We commit to always keep the end goal of serving families in mind. We build Collaborative trust through demonstration of our values, our determination to find solutions to challenges, and our passion for ensuring thriving children and families in Lassen County.
