Honey Lake Hospice

Information:

Honey Lake Hospice offers compassionate aid to patients experiencing a life-threatening illness, and support to their families, so that they may live comfortably, and with dignity in the surroundings of their choice. Services offered may include respite care, emotional, practical, spiritual, and bereavement support for patient and caregivers; provide guidance and resources regarding health care directives and funeral arrangements. Good Grief Support Group meets the third Wednesday of each month at the Comfort Inn & Suites, 3015 Riverside Dr., Susanville, 6:30 to 8:30 pm. We provide a safe, caring, and confidential environment.

Charges: No fees for any hospice service.

Eligibility: Patient is in the last phase of terminal illness and is under the care of a healthcare provider. A primary caregiver in the home being located in Susanville or the surrounding area.
