Passages

Provides support services designed to ease the emotional and physical stress associated with caregiving. Services include family consultations and care planning, specialized information, psycho- education seminars, support groups, respite care, counseling, legal consultation, home modifications and assistive devices. Eligibility: family caregivers who are assisting/ caring for an adult with cognitive impairing conditions that occurred after the age of 18 or someone age 60 years or older in need of assistance with daily living activities. Staff provides information, support, assistance, and community connections to help local caregivers. Offices in Chico, Redding, and Yreka. Provides services to the following counties: Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Lassen, Modoc, Plumas, Shasta, Siskiyou, Tehama, and Trinity.
